We had this Yamaha F100 Outboard ECU posted to us, we can safely tune these ECU’s on the bench.
Yamaha F100 is fitted to a Ribeye Rib, George was looking for a bit more performance from the boat.
He was struggling to reach the maximum RPM, Being in the Marine industry for 15 years we fully understand how these engines work and how they should perform.
We ask all the relevant questions to ensure that the tune will be beneficial for you.
Although peaks gains are improved by 8-10%, the low / mid range is drastically improved.
We have found from testing that we can run an extra 1″ of propeller pitch which lowers cruising speed rpm and can increase the top speed.
If you are struggling to reach the maximum rated RPM the remap can really help.
