New Holland T6.180 Remap
We Recently had this New Holland T6.180 Tier 5 on our Dimsport PTO Dyno
The Tier 5 New holland Tractors are fitted with the latest MD1 ECU’s, Thank to constant investment and genuine tooling, we can safely tune these via the OBD port.
First up? As always, we carried out a full diagnostic health check using our Texa Diagnostics, this ensures the New Holland has no faults before we proceed with some Dyno runs.
This T6.180 was down a bit on stock numbers.
Stock off boost – 135hp
Stock on boost – 156hp
It’s not unusual to find that certain tractors don’t make stock power when we test on them on the dyno.
Once we had the base runs and data logs we were able to apply a tune to the ECU.
Tuned Figures
177hp – Off Boost
205hp – On Boost
(See dyno graph below)
