Claas Arion 620 Dyno Remapping

We recently had this Claas Arion 620 on the Dyno, The Claas Arion 620 is fitted with the John Deere Engine and controlled by the Phoenix ECU.

As ever, we carry out a full diagnostic health check, we take a full read of the ECU and take a back up of the Injector codes.

First up, Hook the Claas Arion 620 up to our Dimsport PTO Dyno.

We carried out 2 runs in standard form and the tractor made good healthy figures. We then applied a West Wales Tuning Stage 1 ECU Remap.

Stock @ PTO – 150p

Stage 1 @ PTO – 195hp

We always get the same complaints from customers when the tractors are standard, they are a bit flat on the bottom and constantly changing gears when under load during field work.

With a stage 1 remap it improves the overall performance and drivability of the Claas Arion 620.

This is the second tractor we have remapped for this customer, after great results on their older machine they wanted the new tractor to perform just as well, They have also reported a saving in fuel.
